Is it really zero ongoing cost?
Yes. There is no software subscription and no per-seat license. The platform is funded by a small fee on what you sell online, which you can pass to your guests.
What is the platform fee?
A simple 2.97% on online transactions processed through Social Good. When your guests cover it, your organization keeps the full ticket, membership, or donation amount.
Who pays the credit card fee?
That is your choice too. Like the platform fee, card processing can be covered by the guest at checkout or absorbed by your organization. The demo above shows both.
Is there an implementation fee?
There may be a one-time setup fee depending on how your Altru is configured and what you want to launch. We scope it with you before anything starts, so there are no surprises.
I’m migrating from another service?
You might realize you can eliminate other services. Each of the solutions is easy to set up and configure. You can sunset those initiatives and move over to your new account with no need to migrate data.
How do I talk with someone about pricing?

Do you charge an Altru Integration fee?
There is no integration fee. Once you create your account, you will have access to connect with Altru; it just takes a couple of seconds.
Can I use my domain name?
You can use your domain name (example.com). Additionally, every plan comes with a completely free domain.socialgoodsoftware.com domain name that you’re welcome to use at no additional cost to you.
Do I need a web server?
Nope. We take care of the security, patching, fixes, and ongoing improvements to the software at no additional cost to you.
What’s the setup process like?
We’ve made the setup process as simple as possible. Just install our JavaScript snippet, set up your Altru credentials, activate the apps you want to use, and add your team members.
What happens after I register?
